Animation and Design
My design and animation skills are one of the talents I bring to every project. I try to apply these to a variety of styles, from original illustration and 2D cartooning to 3D and special effects/compositing. This is a small sampling of my work.

"Chemistry and Energy" - American Chemistry Council, Washington DC - An infographic-style animated explanation of how chemistry supports the energy industries. I've produced dozens of this type of explainers for this client across many topics.
"BlackStarTech" - Constellation Energy, Davenport, IA - One of the first projects produced for this client, this explains how BST supports a nuclear generation facility during a beyond design basis event.
"Turn Like into Love" - Charter College, Reno, NV - This is part of a multi-year campaign (through a long standing ad agency client). I was tasked with designing and executing this cel-style animated look across a wide variety of subjects.
"Retro Arcade" Campaign - Charter College, Reno, NV - This campaign was a blast to design and animate, as it brought me back to my geeky high school gamer roots!
"Customer Experience Awards" - BGE, Baltimore, MD - This was a fun, retro-inspired 3D meeting opener. I had wide creative freedom. The only "real" element was the provided greenscreen of the astronauts.
"Ultimate Finishing Strips" - Buddha Dental, Bethesda, MD - This small practice dental client was developing a new product. The best way to show it in action was original 3D animation.
"Powering Possibilities" - ComEd, Chicago - Created completely with still photos, a few greenscreen elements, and supplied video clips from the client, I designed and animated this conference opener.
"Water is Essential" - World Water Day, ACC, worldwide distribution - This was a fun project that allowed complete creative freedom: using real watercolor techniques to tell the story. And I say with a fair degree of certainty that the President of the US saw this video.
"sbX OmniTrans" - Industrial Strength Advertising, Los Angeles - Using the end client's bus route map as inspiration, I put together a series of TV spots that utilized cut-out photo elements, original greenscreen people elements, and even an iPhone walkaround video.
"Hurricane Preparedness" - American Chemistry Council, Washington DC - These simple animated segments were used as social media snippets during the client's information campaign.
